How do I contact IAG Cargo about my membership in the FORWARD.PLATINUM programme?
You can email email@example.com, or speak to your account manager.
How do I become a nominated user of my company's FORWARD.PLATINUM account?
Contact the Primary user of your company's FORWARD.PLATINUM account and they can add you as the Secondary user.
I have forgotten my FORWARD.PLATINUM password what should I do?
Go to 'Sign in' at forwardplatinum.iagcargo.com and select 'Forgot Password?'. You can reset your password here. When you receive your new password remember it will be different to the password you use to logon to the On Business portal, as this will still be set to the old password.
What is the role of the Primary user?
The Primary User is usually the person who registered to join FORWARD.PLATINUM and the business owner. They have complete access to the programme but we require a Secondary user to help administer the programme.
What is the role of the Secondary user?
The Secondary user is an employee of the company. They have been nominated by the Primary user to help administer the programme and account. They will have full access to the account and can make redemptions.
What are the opening hours for the FORWARD.PLATINUM service centre?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How will I know how many FORWARD.PLATINUM points I have earned?
We will send you a statement email at the end of each month detailing how many points you have earned. You can also log into forwardplatinum.iagcargo.com at any time to check your point balance.
Across which of your carriers can I earn points?
You will earn points every time you ship with us across all of our carriers, including British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling, with the exception of our Mail product.
I want to close my FORWARD.PLATINUM account
The Primary user needs to email firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you no longer wish to be member of the FORWARD.PLATINUM programme. Upon closing your FORWARD.PLATINUM account all points will be voided immediately.
Who in my company can make a redemption booking?
Only the Primary and Secondary users can make redemptions for FORWARD.PLATINUM. If you are unsure who this is contact us at email@example.com
