Contact the Primary user of your company's FORWARD.PLATINUM account and they can add you as the Secondary user.
Go to 'Sign in' at forwardplatinum.iagcargo.com and select 'Forgot Password?'. You can reset your password here. When you receive your new password remember it will be different to the password you use to logon to the On Business portal, as this will still be set to the old password.
The Primary User is usually the person who registered to join FORWARD.PLATINUM and the business owner. They have complete access to the programme but we require a Secondary user to help administer the programme.
The Secondary user is an employee of the company. They have been nominated by the Primary user to help administer the programme and account. They will have full access to the account and can make redemptions.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We will send you a statement email at the end of each month detailing how many points you have earned. You can also log into forwardplatinum.iagcargo.com at any time to check your point balance.
You will earn points every time you ship with us across all of our carriers, including British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling, with the exception of our Mail product.
The Primary user should nominate a new Secondary user. To do this, the Primary user should follow these steps:
- Login to the FORWARD.PLATINUM website
- Select settings from the main dashboard
- Select 'Add Secondary user'
- Select 'Edit' to amend the current user to the new one
- Select 'Submit' to confirm the changes
You will receive emails relating to account information, monthly statements and a monthly newsletter.
